Avishkaar Foundation is the realization of a vision. A vision to transform the rural landscape of India and to create equal opportunities available for all. She is graduate in History Hons (Bachelor of Arts) She is an avid sports lover. Bobby Singh is a professional cricket player. She is formal player of Jharkhand cricket U-19 team and she has represent Bangalore T-20 tournament team as top score. She has represent baseball at international level. Apart from this she is silver medallist in riffle shooting at university level. She brings with her impeccable qualification. She has also been a physical education trainer. She has great experience in education sector and she is empowering women in various sector. As her experience, she found that the less privileged are required a platform and equal opportunities. So she started working on it to deliver Awareness Programme, Sponsorships, Entrepreneurship, Education and Social Skills.
A social inspiration, a well-known entrepreneur. He is born in a very humble farmer family in Rai, Ranchi district. He worked as farmer in his early stage of his career then as driver in Coal field of Khalari, Ranchi and Chatra. Today he owns a well-known transport company, LMT Private Limited. He sets an example that if a common man is determined towards his/her goal then there is nothing impossible. Being from a poor family he knows the value of education. His interest and passion for learning is inspiration to empower the less privileged people. Today he is educating nearly 100+ children from his village and he sponsors youth in sports. He realised that if we want to see an educated future in rural areas of India then we need to start quality education right from the pre-school. 2017, Little Angle Primary School was established in Khalari, Ranchi where 120+ students are benefitted with quality education. With the same thoughts of maximum reachability he joined hands together with Avishkaar Foundation to empower young minds in filed of education and sports.
Miss Purnima Tiwari, Co-founder & Trustee
She is BA (English honours), MA in English, B ed and M ed. Miss Purnima is not only limited in academics even is very passionate about adventure activities. She has done rock climbing. Miss Purnima with significant experience in education institutions. She worked in high school, she was a lecturer in IGNOU. She acclaimed teacher. She is extremely passionate about research and mentoring. She has a genuine interest in the welfare of students and development of better society and she has a continuous desire to teach.
